For a flat fee of $20.00, Family Planning Plus offers physical exams performed by a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) for:
- High School Sports
- Driver’s Licenses
- Employment
If you plan on getting a physical with us, please bring your physical exam form with you to your appointment. Please note, we do not offer drug testing. We do also offer 1 step and 2 step TB (ppd) Testing for an additional fee.
