Yesterday my boyfriend and i had sex, and he cam inside me. Tomorrow my sister is taking me to a clinic to get on the patch to regulate my periods because i only have my period every once in a while. Sometimes i have gone up to 9 month without having my period and i have never had it every month. when it was consistent it was still every other month, so the patch is to regulate my period. Anyway will they not give me the patch because we had unprotected sex the other day? and i don’t know if i am pregnant. what if it turns out i am pregnant and they give me the patch what happens if i am pregnant on the patch?

If you had unprotected sex, Plan B would be a good option. Plan B helps prevent pregnancy by delaying ovulation. It is most effective when taken within 24 to 72 hours after unprotected sex. Studies do show that Plan B can be effective when taken as long as 120 hours (5 days) after unprotected sex. After taking Plan B, you should have a period within 2-3 weeks. I have been on oral contraceptives for years. I was taking the first week of the active pills of a new cycle when I was diagnosed with a kidney infection. I had to take a 3 week course of cephazolin, trimethoprim and amoxicillin. I finished this course at the end of the 3rd week of active pills. Because we don’t know exactly how much antibiotics interfere with pills, you may not have had adequate protection throughout your period (inactive pill) week. Taking Plan B was a good choice.

I missed taking my contraceptive pill on saturday (which is an extremely rare occurrence), i continued to take it sunday and monday and on monday night i had unprotected sex. he didnt ejaculate and i took the pill on tuesday like normal and carried on with normal use. should i get the emergency contraceptive pill?

If you having been taking your pills correctly and consistently for the majority of the time, missing one pill probably won’t decrease your effectiveness significantly. Although its important to take all of your pills, the first 7 days of each new pill pack are the most important.

If your partner did not ejaculate inside of you, you do not need Plan B. Continue to take your pills regularly, making up missed pills, if needed.

Yes, anytime you have unprotected intercourse, there is the chance of pregnancy. If you have unprotected sex around your ovulation time, the chance of pregnancy is greater.

If your not planning a pregnancy, Plan B is an option.

Ive gotten my wisdom teeth pulled out about four days ago is it ok to give oral sex to my boyfriend or I should wait ?

It would probably be best to refrain from oral sex until your wisdom tooth sockets are completely healed. Exposing your gums to semen may cause an infection.
