Pregnancy is always possible when you have unprotected sex. However, since you recently had a period and both of your tests were negative, it is unlikely. It sounds as if you feel you might be pregnant anyway. If that is the case, contact a medical provider and request a blood test for pregnancy.
If you are planning a pregnancy, there are some steps you can take to help ensure a healthy pregnancy. Many pregnancy-related and infant health problems can be prevented by taking precautions before you become pregnant. Here are some suggestions:
Schedule a pre-pregnancy appointment with your doctor. Let your doctor know you are planning a pregnancy. Your doctor will review your family health history, be sure you have the proper immunizations, review your medications, schedule any needed tests, and discuss your present health behaviors/lifestyle and recommend changes.
Begin taking a daily multivitamin with 400 mcg of folic acid ( a B vitamin that prevents birth defects of the brain and spine).
Quit smoking and avoid second-hand smoke.
Avoid alcoholic beverages.
Stop using street drugs, and check with a doctor before using prescription or…

Comments Off on So , I started my last period on february 11th and it lasted about 6 or 7 days . I then had unprotected sex on the 25th for about 3 minutes but he pulled out before there was any cum or precum . My periods are irregular and was due about 2 days ago . I have sore breasts and a low cervix . I also just got a yeast infection about 7 days ago and took medication . Could I be pregnant ?
Whenever you have unprotected sex, pregnancy is possible.
Pre-seminal fluid (or pre-cum) can leak out of the penis at any time during sexual intercourse. This fluid can contain sperm and thus, can cause a pregnancy. Neither of you would notice this fluid leaking out of the penis.
Wait another 7-10 days. If you still haven’t gotten your period, take a pregnancy test. If it is negative, repeat the test every two weeks until you have a normal period or a positive test result.
In the meantime, if you do not wish to be pregnant, do not have any more unprotected sex. Either abstain from sexual intercourse or use condoms.

Comments Off on Me and my boyfriend have unprotectedd sex right after i ended my period, which was about a week ago. I heard that you are very fertile at this time. If so is there a chance that i could be pregnant?
Pregnancy is always possible when you have unprotected sex.
Without charting your menstrual cycles, basal body temperature, and cervical mucus characteristics on a daily basis for several months, it is difficult to know when your fertile period is. Every woman is unique and may ovulate at different times during her cycle. In general, however, women who have regular 28 day cycles (from the first day of the period to the first day of the next period) ovulate approximately 14 days prior to menstrual bleeding or about a week after the period ends.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, please do not continue to have unprotected sex. Either abstain from sexual intercourse or use a method of birth control.

Comments Off on me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex and iam on birth control but i missed 1 day and took 2 pills at the same time could i be pregent i
If you missed your pill by less than 24 hours, pregnancy is unlikely. If you missed your pill by more than 24 hours, your risk for pregnancy is slightly higher.
If you do not have any bleeding at all during your period week (the sugar pill week), take a pregnancy test.

Comments Off on I skipped the week of sugar pills of my birth control last week. I have only taken 2 active pills since and my boyfriend came inside me last night. Should I take plan B or am I okay?
It is not clear from your question exactly what happened with your pills. You may have taken all of your hormone pills in one pack and then started the very next day on your hormone pills in your next pack. Or you may have taken all of your hormone pills in one pack, then waited seven days (without taking any of your sugar pills), and started a new pack the very next day. If either one of these scenarios is correct, you would have been protected by the pill and you do not need to take Plan B. However, if you waited longer than seven days before starting a new pack, or if you missed any pills or took them later than you normally do, the risk for pregnancy is higher and Plan B use might provide further protection.
When you are taking your active pills (the first three weeks of pills in each pack), hormones build up in your body to provide contraceptive protection through the seven days of your sugar pill week. Just don’t forget to start a new pack…

Plan B use can cause spotting or on and off bleeding. However, if your girlfriend is having heavy bleeding, she should contact her regular medical provider for an evaluation.

Comments Off on i had my baby two months ago but i had sex last week an the condom broke how long should i wait to take a pregnant test to see if im pregnant or not
If you are exclusively breastfeeding your baby (not using any formula at all), pregnancy is highly unlikely. However, if you are using formula, pregnancy is possible. If you are more than one week late for your next period, take a pregnancy test. If you have not yet resumed normal periods, wait at least three weeks after the incident before taking a pregnancy test. If it is negative, repeat the test two weeks later.
Condoms work best when they are used correctly and consistently. Here are some tips for correct condom use.
Always check the expiration date to be sure it is not expired prior to use.
Condoms should be stored at room temperature in a sharps free environment.
Never use an oil-based lubricant with a latex condom. If you need additional lubricant, use a water-based type like KY Jelly or Astroglide.
Pinch the tip of the condom between the thumb and forefinger while rolling it onto the erect penis to ensure that there is no air pocket in the tip of the condom.
Smooth out the sides of the condom once it has been rolled on to ensure there…

Comments Off on if im on my 6th day of preganancy will the plan B pill still work?
If you are already pregnant, Plan B will not terminate your pregnancy. Plan B prevents you from becoming pregnant in the first place by delaying ovulation (the monthly release of an egg) and possibly interfering with fertilization (the union of sperm and egg) and implantation (when a fertilized egg implants itself in the uterine wall). Plan B should be used within the first three days after unprotected sex, but it can be used up to five days after sex with decreased effectiveness.

Comments Off on i got the depo shot once. i was supposed to go get my second shot about a week ago.. while on the shot i had unprotected sex, and he did cum in me.. recently when i started my period i did it again, and he came in me also. sonce i havent been back to get another shot could i possibly be pregnant ? and is there a certain time period when on the depo shot that its more likely to become pregnant ? thanks !
Yes, pregnancy is possible since you were not protected the second time you had sex. As long as you are on the Depo shot and you are getting your shots on time, pregnancy is highly unlikely regardless of the timing of sexual intercourse. Because of your recent Depo use, your periods may be irregular for a while. Take a pregnancy test. If it is negative, repeat the test every two weeks until you have a normal period or a positive test result.
In the meantime, if you do not wish to be pregnant, please do not continue to have unprotected sex. Use condoms from start to finish for every act of sexual intercourse. Contact the provider who gave you your first shot. If you didn’t like the shot, there are other contraceptive options available to you. They can talk with you about these methods and help you choose one that is best for you.

Comments Off on I made my boyfriend ejaculate in a way other than sex. About a half hour after, in the heat of the moment, he got in me for a few seconds. 10, tops. This was Friday night. The next day (Saturday) we had sex with a condom, everything went smoothly. On Sumday morning, I took the Next Choice pill, to be safe about Friday. I don’t track my period (mistake!), but my last one was on February 11th, so I should be due for it soon, or it already should have happened. It hasn’t. Can the morning after pill delay your period, and by how long? Is here any chance I could be pregnant?
Use of the morning after pill can affect your next period. However, if you don’t get your next period within the next 10 days, take a pregnancy test. Unfortunately, the morning after pill is not 100% effective. If you ovulated prior to taking the pill, pregnancy is possible.

Comments Off on I had my period on the 2nd of December 2011. My partner and I had unprotected sex in December 17, 18, 19, he came inside me on the 26th of Dec. then 3-4 days later I felt nauseated. On the 30th of Dec I started my period again in the same month. In February 2012, we had unprotected sex again 10, 11, 13, on the 15 and 16 I spotted for two days. I thought it would have had something to do with pregnancy but it couldn’t because I have a period. There are some changes with my body before my stomach was flat, now I have a bulge in the middle of my stomach, I’m hungry a lot more and when I’m traveling a car I feel nauseated. I took two pregnancy test and they came to be negative. So could I or could I not be pregnant?
