since march 3,2012 my boyfriend has nutted inside me till today3/14/12 can i get pregnant?

As long as you were treated for the past infections, there is no reason to tell your doctor or your husband. When you have your first prenatal visit, the doctor will do a pap test, testing for chlamydia and gonorrhea, and a pelvic exam. As stated previously, if you were adequately treated for the past infections, the testing would be negative (as long as you have not been recently infected).
