Plan B helps prevent pregnancy by delaying ovulation. Neither Plan B nor the “regular” birth control pills affect an already existing pregnancy. They do not harm a pregnancy or cause a termination (miscarriage).

I am going through perimenopause and had a child 3 years ago i was supposed to get my period two weeks ago and i took a ovulation test and it was positive. now its negative but I had unprotected sex and then used a spremicide what are my chances of concieving im freaking out now because im real sure it was ovulation
