i just stared a new birth control that is progestron only called errin. i moved out of state for the summer and will only see my boyfriend once or twice a month. the birth control says it takes two days to be effective so if i only take the bc two days before he comes and while hes here would i be protected?

No, you should take your birth control pills as directed. Taking pills sporadically will not provide adequate protection against pregnancy.
