Had unprotected sex. the next day i started seeing bloodd. which i think is my period. Should i still take the morning after pill?

That is up to you. If it truly is your period, pregnancy is highly unlikely and Plan B would not be necessary. If it is just breakthrough bleeding or spotting, Plan B would be recommended.
