My boyfriend and I had sex last night and he came in me twice. I have been on birth control for about 3 years but never was good at taking it consistently. A couple months ago I started taking my combination bc pill around the same time every day. This month I have taken my birth control at the exact time for eight consecutive days. Could I still become pregnant? Do I need Plan B? Also…I only get my period about every 4-5 months.

If you have been taking the birth control pills correctly & consistently for at least 7 consecutive days, then you most likely are protected. Continue to take them every day, around the same time.

If you had unprotected intercourse after your last period and prior to beginning the pills, there is the possibility of pregnancy from those encounters. If your next period is more than 1 week late, do a pregnancy test.
