The risk of pregnancy is probably quite low. If you are taking your birth control pills correctly & consistently, within an hour or two of the same time each night, then your protection is effective. Unless you totally missed a pill, you should not need Plan B.

If you are taking the pill every day/night, you do not need to worry about the condom breaking because your pills are providing you with the protection. You were correct in continuing to take your regular birth control pills after taking Plan B.  Just let me say here….taking Plan B was not wrong. Plan B does not contain any estrogen, so it is safe for most all women.  If you are concerned about whether or not your protection was effective, take the Plan B. As always, condoms are a good back up method.

You may experience some irregular bleeding or spotting during this next cycle. This is normal after taking Plan B. Your next period may be a little earlier or later than usual. It may be a lighter, heavier or spottier than normal. Continue taking your pills, and your cycle will straighten out in a month or two.
