Yes, pregnancy is possible because of pre-ejaculatory fluid. This fluid leaks out of the penis during intercourse but prior to ejaculation (cumming). Pre-ejaculatory fluid can contain sperm and thus, could cause a pregnancy if the sex occurred around the time of ovulation (when an egg is released).
