I live in Rhode Island and went to the Planned Parenthood where i live about six months ago to get an abortion. I was sixteen at the time and got a judicial bypass. I am now seventeen. If I was to get another abortion would I have to go to court again?

If you cannot obtain the permission to have an abortion from one of your parents, then, yes, you would need to obtain a judicial bypass again through the courts. You would not need the consent of a parent if you were 18 or older.
