Giving birth does stretch everything out and a woman’s body does take time to heal. Although it is okay to begin sexual activity 6 to 8 weeks after delivery, the body may take several months to return to it’s pre-pregnancy state.
I’m not sure what you mean by your vagina gets lower. Sometimes a woman may develop a small cystocele after pregnancy. This is when the pelvic muscles relax and the urinary bladder will “hang” down a little in the vagina. Some women describe this as a pressure or “hanging” sensation in their vagina.
Give your body more time to heal. If this becomes worse or you have further concerns, discuss this with your obstetrician.
