Yes, pregnancy is possible since you were not protected the second time you had sex. As long as you are on the Depo shot and you are getting your shots on time, pregnancy is highly unlikely regardless of the timing of sexual intercourse. Because of your recent Depo use, your periods may be irregular for a while. Take a pregnancy test. If it is negative, repeat the test every two weeks until you have a normal period or a positive test result.
In the meantime, if you do not wish to be pregnant, please do not continue to have unprotected sex. Use condoms from start to finish for every act of sexual intercourse.
