In October I had unprotected sex, the day after I washed my penis and a rash came up with saw red spots, it was itchy and lasted about 5 days then went. Nothing has come up since except my penis sometimes smells a little but it may of been like that before. Do I have an std?

The red spots could have been anything from pimples from irritation to an outbreak of genital herpes. Unless the rash reoccurs and is seen by a doctor, it is unknown as to what the cause is.

The only way to know if you have an STD is to have a screening done. This usually involves a urine test for chlamydia & gonorrhea, and a blood test for HIV and syphilis.
