I had an abortion on 2/25/12. I started taking birth control 2/26/12. I take my birth control at 10:30 at night. I missed last night and had unprotected sex. Is it safe to get the plan b pill in this situation? ANy suggestions?

Yes, it would be okay to take Plan B. One of the ways Plan B helps prevent pregnancy is by delaying ovulation. It does not have any estrogen, so it is safe for most women. Plan B is about 80% effective when take within 24-72 hours after unprotected intercourse.
