It is true that sperm can survive in the vagina for several days. However, any discharge that was in your vagina was flushed out either during the termination or from the bleeding afterwards.
Also, when you are pregnant, you do not ovulate. It is unlikely that you would ovulate immediately after your termination. So, if any sperm were present in the vagina, it is improbable that you would have become pregnant so soon after.
