Anytime you have unprotected intercourse, there is the risk of pregnancy.
It is impossible to know how much semen your partner ejaculated into your vagina. During arousal, prior to ejaculation, the penis leaks a small amount of pre-ejaculatory fluid (pre cum). This fluid can contain sperm, and may result in pregnancy. Even if your partner withdrawals before ejaculation, the pre-ejaculatory fluid is there. Therefore, it is possible to become pregnant without having ejaculation in the vagina.
