If you had a bilateral tubal ligation (tubes tied), then it is highly unlikely that you would become pregnant. Cramping immediately after intercourse may be due to the stimulation of the uterus during sex. During orgasm, the uterus contracts, just like it does in labor. It may take your uterus a little while to relax.
Another possible reason for cramping after intercourse is a vaginal infection. Non sexually transmitted infections (like yeast and bacterial vaginosis) and sexually transmitted infections ( like chlamydia and gonorrhea) may cause cramping. You might consider scheduling an appointment with your doctor or clinic for an infection check.
