I had unprotected sex on the 19th of February. My boyfriend might have ejaculated a small amount before he pulled out. My last period started on the 6th of February. So I was 13 days into my cycle. I took Plan B twenty hours later. Could I still be pregnant? What is the liklihood?

Anytime you have unprotected intercourse, there is the chance of pregnancy.

When taken within 24-72 hours after unprotected intercourse, Plan B is about 75 to 80% effective at preventing pregnancy. Plan B helps prevent pregnancy by delaying ovulation. You should have a period within 2-3 weeks after taking it. You may also experience some irregular spotting or bleeding after taking Plan B. Your next period may be earlier or later than usual. It may be lighter, heavier or spottier than usual. If you do not have a period, do a pregnancy test.

In the meantime. do not have unprotected intercourse. Consider using condoms or staring a hormonal method like birth control pills, patch, vaginal ring or DepoProvera injection.
