If I had unprotected sex two days before i started my regular cycle and I take birth control every night, does this mean I am not pregnant because i started my cycle?

If you are taking your birth control pills correctly & consistently, then it is unlikely that you would become pregnant. It is common for women to have some irregular bleeding or spotting sometimes. It is also common for your cycle to be irregular once in a while. Things like stress, illness, change in diet, exercise or sleep, and hormone fluctuations can all affect your menstrual cycle. Continue taking your pills every day and your period should straighten out within a month or two.
