I had sex with my gf yesterday, one week after her period ended. I came inside of her and my condom slipped off half-way during withdrawal. Should I worry?

If your girlfriend is not using any type of hormonal birth control, then yes, you should worry. If your girlfriend has regular 28 day menstrual cycles, then the unprotected intercourse occurred right around the time of ovulation, a prime time for pregnancy to occur. Have your girlfriend use Plan B as soon as possible but within 72 hours of the unprotected sex. If you are 17 or older, you can purchase Plan B at most drug stores without a prescription. You will need to ask the pharmacist for Plan B as it is located behind the counter. You may also need to show ID to prove your age. Plan B is around $50. If you and your girlfriend are under 17, she will need a prescrition from a doctor. Your girlfriend can also get Plan B from a Family Plannning or Planned Parenthood clinic. We offer Plan B at all of our clinics but are closed over the weekend. We reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Monday.

Next time, grip the base or the rim of the condom while withdrawing the penis from the vagina. This will prevent the condom from slipping off inside.
